Notes: For health and safety reasons, disposable vapes or e-liquids can not be returned after opening or once the seal has been broken. 

Defective Products Return & Replacement Policy

If you receive a defective product, you may request a replacement within 14 days of delivery. To process your request, please follow the steps below. Please return products in their original packaging.

Step 1: Contact Us

Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order by emailing huarong2014@gmail.com or submitting a request through our online contact form. Include a description of the issue and provide clear photos or videos showing the defect.

Step 2: Request Review

Our team will review your request. If approved, we will provide return instructions and, if applicable, a return shipping label. Return shipping costs will be reviewed individually and may be deducted from your refund when necessary. 

Step 3: Return the Product

Please return the defective product using the instructions provided. Once received, we will inspect the product to confirm the issue.

Step 4: Refund Processing

After inspection and approval, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 3-5 business days, The refund amount will cover the original purchase price of defective product.

Remarks

  • Replacements or refunds are only available for confirmed defective products. Product exchanges are not offered.
  • Normal wear and tear is not covered under warranty, including minor scratches, cosmetic damage, fading or discoloration.
  • Returns or refunds are not available for change-of-mind purchases or personal reference reasons.
  • Products sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
  • Promotional products, discounted items and bundle purchases are not eligible for returns or refunds.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at huarong2014@gmail.com. If the product is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong package, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
